The Outlook Add-In provides synchronization and email linking functionality for Microsoft Outlook 2007 and later. The Add-In runs within the Outlook client software but will work with either internet email or Microsoft Exchange configurations.

To access these add-ins, login to Salesnet CRM.  

After login, click the Setup Area icon at the top right of the screen and then click Client-Side Tools in the left menu.
